Today Chor bank AXIS sent me Rupay Platinum card after complain on twitter but it is ATM-only rupay card. I can’t enable it for domestic online transaction, it only shows ATM withdrawal limit option nothing else under manage card. I tried on Amazon and offer applied on this card but transaction didn’t go through because online usage is disabled. 
Yes, Axis have RuPay ATM card and RuPay Cash deposit card. This card is only for teenagers or senior citizens or some retailers.
