<< resolved , see my comment at the end>> SBM BANK ACCOUNT FREEZE - any way forward?

This account was opened via indmoney when i opted for deposit. Since then  i have completed 2yrs deposit period and after maturity i reopened deposit account with monthly interest. Last september 11th i received communication to do vkyc which did, went well. On 1st of September 24, i thought i would transfer interest amount to other account. So i logged in and tried to do transfer,  but i got a msg that my account is freezed. I contacted customer care and they said i need to kyc again which i did and received a mail that i can continue my transactions as usual. But to my surprise account is still freezed and CC started giving jnan. So i wanted to escalate to nodal officer and sent email, nothing happened and i called their nodal number and security picked up call and said he cannot transfer and and the number will be with him and he can only pass message if i tell my name & number. 

I again sent email to principal nodal officer no response and when called same scene, security picksup the call. 

So no help whatsoever, this has been going on for a week or so and i think i reached the highest in SBM bank , the principal nodal officer, yet nothing happened.

Now i had a taste of their service, but dont see any option to get my money and account unfreezed.

Rbi ombudsman complaint can only be given after 1 month. Until such time am i stuck or any other way or wait for the mercy of bank?

Any guidance is highly appreciated and 4L stuck with them.

Note: its online account and the branch it is attached is mumbai. 

For every email to customer care , nodal office, principal nodal office, they just open one SR and close it next day. Very sad 😔

Today morning i wrote an email to RBI.BO local office around 8.15AM and at 10.30am , suddenly received a reply from SBM nodal office that my account is de-freezed. Dont know email worked or SBM did by itself. Imeediately withdrwan all funds and raised account closure request. Too much to handle.

Glad to know that ur problem is solved now. Never keep money in these payments banks ever. Only use them for offers n etc.
