SBI Vistara Prime Card Query

Hi I'm planning to get SBI Vistara Prime Card and prefering it over SBI Vistara Card only because of more points per  200 and also CV Silver membership which gives 1 upgrade voucher free.

I tried searching online if SBI renews CV Silver membership every year but couldn't find any answer.

SBI's FAQ page says that CV silver is only complementary for 1 year and we need to take 20 flights to retain that status. https://www.sbicard.com/en/faq/complimentary-cl...

But the product brochure says that it is renewed every year on payment of annual fee - https://www.sbicard.com/sbi-card-en/assets/medi... 

Also, read somewhere that is it is renewed only once (i.e. we get silver membership only for 2 years). 

Can someone who has this card shed some light here on what actually is true?
