SBI unipay scammed me.

I paid two credit card bills on SBI unipay using HDFC debit card (03/01/25). One bill successfully went through but on second bill, money was deducted but card didn't received. I sent an email on 6/01/25 to unipay but they are ignoring me. Tomorrow is due date what should I do? Please guide.
I sent all messages and statement as a proof. But still they are refunding me yet.

How much was the amount?
Best option is to pay the bill via CRED/Cheq/CC's own payment link as you have the due date as tomorrow, reg refund, you will surely get it and no use in emailing them or raising complaints in the portal, for me one refund was within 3 working days and other one took almost 10 days as there was a holiday and weekend, so if you have paid on 3rd then you should get the refund by tomorrow else by 13th (Monday) and max by 17th else tweet them on X
