SBI Unipay refund query

So one of my transactions for credit card bill failed through sbi unipay, but the money was deducted. It has been 8 days now but I still haven't received the refund. Does anyone have any experience with failed transactions on sbi unipay? How long does it take for the refund to get credited.

I am unable even to raise a complaint for that as the customer support is almost not existent and I am unable to submit a written complaint on their portal due to some technical error.

search in desidime for customer support emails but you will get refund for sure so wait some more time patiently.

Same thing happened to me on 26 March I made transaction of 20000 and transaction failed and page showed only 200, I hadn't given my email I'd so not receipt for transaction, support page of unipay not working, dropped several emails nothing worked till now, my whole money is gone

Escalate to RBI and all. Create some ruckus.

I am scared now since my 22k is stuck with them.

in my case, paid Rs. 1k on 31st March, 2024 ... didn't receive any email, didn't receive any refund yet, no transaction showing up in transaction history ... several emails unanswered till date
