SBI unipay can be used to pay other non bps credit cards as well like HDFC, AXIS, etc

Done 5k credit card payment of icici credit card from Unipay but still not received payment or refund even after 10 days. Small amounts payment is credited but be wary if doing big payment here. Transaction sometimes fails and it doesn't show in transaction history so no way to check.

2. If you are a hdfc plat dc user, and have hdfc credit cards, paying with sbi unipay you can can get 1%cb for paying hdfc credit cards.
This combination(hdfc credit - debit) also have the most failure rate, according to users here. So proceed with caution.
Tried to make payment to citi bank card on 23rd Mar using Indus debit card. Payment deducted but txn failed. Yet to get my money back.

Useless website with no customer care, your money will be stuck here, if it fails...been over a week now....82k is stuck.
And even if succesful, not credited in 7 days.

i have paid 10k for my icici card on 31st and today deposited in card. paid via hdfc cc upi.

Today I paid amount for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card payment but unfortunately failed. Didn't received the amount back in my account still now. Also unfortunately the failed transaction details are not showing on unipay's transaction details page. Can anyone has any idea that by how much day I can get the refund?

Yea you're right might be it is working well for sbi cards as I too paid for my sbi cc it worked fine without any issues
Paytm cc bill payment comes under utility using debit card or as a financial institution mcc like 6012? Recently, rbl signature plus dc was devalued and exploring options

i usually need my money in last week of month for various cards so for now bharat nxt is still on for me few charges but works like a charm.

Just now paid hdfc cc through Hdfc dc..Payment successful and now have to wait for credit in to the account.
My amount got refunded. Made payment of Rs 24716 on 08th April and written mail to [email protected] on 10th April and I got reply "If an amount has been debited from your account, refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days from transaction done date". Waited till 17th and written a follow email but didn't got any reply and again written follow up mail on 19th and got reply "We have rectified the issue and if debit has been done, refund will be initiated". Received the amount in my bank account after 4 hrs

I tired HDFC credit card with HDFC platinum debit card and it failed for Rs.1,500 on march 25 2024, still no refund so waiting and wondering how it will go
so beware and dont use it to pay HDFC credit cards in it for now in this SBI Unipay:) as already warned by @Demon_slayer
