SBI Rupay Global Debit card

My partner is opening a new SBI account. She has been offered multiple variants of debit cards. The cheapest (free) is SBI Rupay Global debit card..... I was wondering if anyone has it and been able to use it for Friday bill payment offer on Amazon. They also have SBI Platinum debit card for 350+.
