My sbi card application approved only in 3 days....but I have not received virtual credit card..... Physical card Delivery was attempted on 16 October but I am not available on my location.... so I requested to deliver next day but yesterday evening it's showing "shipment cancelled as per merchant instruction".... Atleast they must reattempt card delivery on next day....
So what should I do now?

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The shipment has been marked “Returned” and is going back to the merchant, we are unable to rearrange the delivery. Please contact your merchant SBI CARD for further assistance. "
Multiple courier office here for same courier company....& I am new here....?

You should have given Delivery otp and have it delivered to somebody else. They have very high load due to Diwali sales.
I requested same but delivery boy denied it.
Common issue with sbi cards they won't provide your mobile number to courier company. So courier company can't contact you only way is to manually track the courier and go to the nearest hub to get the package
Wrong. They provide n the courier personnel call.

I tried but call not connected with cc without card details.
My Sbi credit card was approved on 5th sep and card was dispatched on 15th Sep with reference number thats all, it never reached me, made several complaints the only information i get is card is dispatched with reference no via blue dart and SR gets closed
Bro it's Delhivery Courier....& After delivery failed in first attempt, courier company mentioned on 17 October "Delivery to be reattempted" but after 4:00 PM they mentioned "shippment cancelled as per merchant instruction"
Yesterday I registered compliant on twitter & Today on SBI app....but no help till now,
I am not able to talk customer support without card......
