SBI Debit Card Blocked, What do to next?
Tonight, doing a transaction on Pockets App with SBI Debit Card.
Transaction failed but got call after a minute if I did txn!! I cut off the call as can't select 1 (thought it'll deduct, and it'll take 7-10 BD to revert)

Got message that your card is blocked is due to suspicious txn. Contact home branch.

Now, unable to apply Card due to this problem https://www.desidime.com/deals/how-to-apply-ioc... as one card was blocked during mandatory chip transition, one lost and one yesterday.
Already contacted Customer Care. They said offline mode only.

Questions
- Is there is any way to get DC without visiting branch?
- If yes, Rupay Platinum Card is available to apply online? Which one will best?

You'll need to submit a written application at the branch. It'll take 5 mins for them to do.

Debit card always auto unblock after 24-48hrs or just use one time on SBI ATM and card will unblocked.

Okay, will wait. But status in app shows blocked, I don't have hope.
This was the message.
"Your SBI Debit Card ending with is blocked due to suspicious transactions observed. Please contact your home branch."

RuPay Platinum not available for SBI online. Branch visit must for RuPay Platinum and even that the IOCL one is generated only under certain weird conditions, otherwise their system gives error: Here solution - How to change SBI RuPay JCB Platinum to IndianOIL RuPay Platinum debit card | DesiDime
Have you tried unblocking existing cards via YONO Lite or YONO or netbanking (try all 3). Otherwise I guess branch visit is required if unblocking via any of these 3 doesn't work.
If branch is too far, just block all the existing cards permanently and you can generate a new virtual one also from YONO app if physical card not required.

Rupay IOCL is showing in dashboard but can't able to request as above reasons mentioned.

similar situation , card got temporarily blocked while doing credit card payment via Mobikwik
@Knight11 , in OTP message merchant was "OneMobikwikSystemPLt" but in declined message merchant mentioned was OMBIZKCY , got blocked after 30 mins.
@quantum - did it get unlocked for you, not possible to visit branch at the moment any other ways to unblock?
Also payment via Unipay portal using HDFC DC failed but money got deduced first tried with 100 went thru fine and tried 8k got failed 😒
