I have one problem, Sbi credit card bill generated on 12th October and due date was 28th October bill amount was 46000 but my order was cancelled and refund processed by amazon.
If The refund amount credited with in due date, sbi consider refund as a payment, or if I not pay bill amount due to reflect of refund amount in sbi card, then sbi charges late fees and intrest on that amount..
Please solve my problem
Thanks in advance..

No need to worry. Simply pay minimum due amount mentioned in the statement.
They only need MAD to consider the refund amount as statement credit.
Sbi will now not even let you pay that amount (unless you made more transactions after statement date)
This itself proves that refund will be considered as a payment.
But since you have only one transaction, and now outstanding must be 0, try paying MAD at least and see if it allows
Same situation. Even sbi app or any other app is not allowing to pay the bill generated amount if refund is received. My bill generated for 13249 and Amazon refunded 11749 after bill generation now no app is allowing to pay full amount.. Only accept 1500. Customer service ppl r fools. They don't even know their own SBI rules
Don't worry as you have the proofs. Even i did the same and no problem whatsoever.
pay the bill and claim excess refund once refund hits the card

Scroll down to point (e) under "10. Billing" which clearly states -
"Any credit amount arising out of refund/failed/reversed transactions or similar transactions before the due date of payment for which payment has not been made by the cardholder, shall be immediately adjusted against the ‘payment due’ and notified to the cardholder."
But SBI still charged late fee in Dec last year and I had to raise the matter to RBI Ombudsman. It all worked in my favor, but I personally won't do it again unless I don't have the extra money. So be cautious if you're thinking of paying less than the bill amount, technically they shouldn't charge you.
There's another thing that you can do - pay the complete bill amount and then request for "Credit Balance Refund", can be easily found under the Services section in the SBI Card app. If chosen, they'll credit the excess amount to your bank account.
