Sbi Credit Card Application clarification

Since last two days ,Iam receiving email and sms that my sbi card application cannot be processed due to necessary documents not provided,I have never applied for sbi card yet Iam receiving sms and email with my correct name on it.
I have asked the sbi customer care to clarify,do I need to do something more

Bro, it appears that some crook in the SBI CC department has applied for a credit card on your behalf to reach his/her target.
Wait for their response, if that's the case, ask SBI to give you a LTF card or you will take the matter to the RBI Ombudsman.
