Sbi cashback credit card related query

Hi All,
Almost a week back we submitted all details and verification done using my brother's payslips and bank statements... But, we didn't receive any update after that...
While checking application status in sbicards site it shows nothing.
How to know current status whether card is dispatched or not? Usually how long does it take!!!

Yes, They asked to fill some details and got them verified

If you're SBI account holder then it shouldn't take much time. I received confirmation mail overnight after applying.
