Does affiliate sites give cashback for applying sbi cb credit card even if you own a existing sbi card?

In their terms and conditions, they usually mention that the cashback is applicable only for 1st card or not.
If you don't see anything like this mentioned anywhere, you will probably get it.
But better to email them and ask them if you will get Cashback or not.

yeah in cashkaro and zingoy they have mentioned no cb if u have a card already

You get cashback when your card is approved if you are already holding the card how it will get approved again so your application will be rejected
