was having the same issue in my realme device, there was an update which i had not done for about 2 3 weeks, did it, working fine since then, so if you have any pending updates in your phone, install it.
Mine is also realme..I updated app..same issue

Try clearing your app cache and log back in.
Update: Now it's working fine.
Agr Truecaller ya koi aur Mod he to usey Uninstall kar do ...... mujhe 3 weeks se same problem aa rahi thi jesey he maine truecaller ka mod uninstall kiya App Work Kar gayi
Kal to phir milega... sab apna cb/rp check karne pe tula hai... let it breathe, plus Sunday (maintenance)...
