SBI CARD MESSAGE

I received this SMS from "JM-TATACD"

"We regret to inform you that your existing SBI Card is blocked under advice to you. Hence, we are unable to process your application at this time."

I dont have any SBI cc and my CIBIL report clearly shows that the sbi card was closed in the  2007 and reported in the year 2011.

I am clueless why i am getting this message.

Anyway to find out whats that blocked card?

Customer care is,asking for card number which i dont have any.

Please advice.
