SBI Card Issued New Credit Card Without My Request

Yesterday my SBI SimplyClick card bill generated and I paid due amount and amount Instantly credited, but just checked They issued new SB SimplyClick card without my request and paid amount not showing there, I am able to do transaction using old card details but paid amount not showing there abd I did last transaction on 12 November and 3 days ago applied add on card and add card haven't approved yet, They idiots not approved add on card yet issued new card to me.
Yesterday After due amount payment limit showing 1L but They issued new card and limit showing 98K.... what should I do now?

It's normal when you apply add on card
I.e. Your card gets replaced free of cost after applying add on
Also add on is looking approved
And don't worry payment will get credited to the card in some time
