Samsung website - unable to verify IMEI of any mobile

I was trying to exchange my old phone on Samsung website. But everytime I enter my mobile's IMEI, I get error that IMEI doesn't match with selected brand and model.

This is happening for all 3 mobiles I tested!

Any idea how to resolve this error?

Speak with customer support, they might ask you to send an invoice or a photo of the IMEI number for verification.

What device are your exchanging?

I was also trying to test it with their own phones - Samsung M30. This is giving me also same error. Maybe this whole exchange scheme by Samsung is just a gimmick 😂
