Samsung S23 Ultra demo piece @62k , is it worth ?

Yesterday , went to nearby mobile shop to enquire about the price of Samsung S23 ultra (12/256gb). He said 90k after all discount, to which I showed him Amazon price of (85k).
Later he gave me a deal to offer demo piece @ 62k , with 1 year warranty ?
I am now confused , whether to take his deal or not, or bargain more with him to get at lower price, or simply wait for BBD sale.
What's your opinion guys ?
What rate can we expect during BBD sale?

Doesn't Samsung flagships have the battery saving feature where the charging stops automatically at 80% or so and only trickle charge goes on?

"Demo piece" means a gadget that's on display in a store.

Not recommended. Among other things batteries of demo phones get the most hit because they always stay connected to the charger.
