Samsung cheating customers by cancelling free adapters from Fab Grab Fest sale

I ordered Samsung Galaxy F23 from Samsung Online Store 0n 8 May and it had the offer for free 25W Travel Adapter. The phone was delivered but the adapter was not shipped at all.
After making various complaints to customer service and various assurances that they are looking into the issue, Samsung cancelled the order on 28 May.
Now they are asking to buy the adapter for Rs.299 using a coupon.
After wasting so much of my time on this, now I'm fighting an email battle with the customer support who is refusing to accept that free adapter should be given in my order.
Plenty of people are also complaining about the same on Twitter.
This is bait and switch and fraud. I'll never purchase from Samsung Online Store again after this experience. Are any of you facing this issue?

same thing happened with me, still fighting with them over email but I loose hope already..
On the contrary, opposite happened for me. Purchased Galaxy flip last week and to my surprise, received voucher of 1.5k today which i utilized to purchase 25w charger.. Its already shipped and expecting tmrw.
Having said that, had bad experience last time around wherein I made a mistake in phone number in shipping details. Immediately I called up to rectify but they did not cooperate, said shipping is taken care by 3rd party. Had to reject order as i did not get otp and then reorder to get the order.
i purchased flip on may 16th.. only timesprime offer available at that time.. when you purchased in offers section you got 1.5k voucher offer ?

They were not giving any response at all and the Rs.299 coupon was going to get expired. So I bought the adapter using the coupon. On the same day it was delivered, I got an email that they checked that I have already used the coupon.
I sent another email asking them to give me refund or gift card for the same and then they gave an empty response:

At this point I gave up.
Phone itself is holding good. Its quite bulky and heavy but there are no issues as of such. Camera is just average but screen and performance are good.

Better to buy from a brand that gives a adaptor… Then making you fool…… There are lot of options………dont be on mercy of these….. Mnc,s…..
