Safari trolley bag lock is not opening

Hi,
My safari trolley bag's lock has been reset (don't know how). I locked my bag at "000" but now iam unable to open it on same combination. Any ideas how can i open it.

Once I tried all combinations. Starting from 000 to 999
It got unlocked around 934

Watch YouTube tutorial how to open it.i have done it few days ago only it gets unlocked in 1 min.
