Can I apply for Add on Card of Tata Neu infinity for my father so that he can link it with his number and use it for UPI spends ? What will be the credit limit, card number and registered phone number?

No, Add on card holders can't link card to UPI.

Add on card holders can link the addon cards to their UPI account if the card number and regd mobile number different from Primary card holder.

I have addons for Rupay cards of HDFC, BoB, IndusInd and Kotak banks.

Only Kotak add ons not getting added to upi, all other 3 banks getting added and working without any issues.
