Same in case of border disputes with Nepal, Myanmar (Burma), Bangladesh and others.

I did not want to validate this with a response, but I wonder if you (or others) get just as flustered when @desiman and others keep sharing movie trailers, celebrity gossip, fake news, songs (even utterly crap ones)

Anyone who has visited USA or UK will tell you this is utter bollocks. Just because you have good road in one part of the country, doesn't mean you have better infrastructure than USA. India has the highest number of road accident related fatalities in the world and a big chunk of that is because of the poor condition of the roads. Not to mention tur horrible traffic congestion.
Also I don't get why people are so in love with Nitin Gadkari. He's the transport minister of a country with highest road traffic accident related deaths in the world and has 83 out of the top 100 most polluted cities in the world. Building highways that only a very small percentage of the population uses will not solve the traffic congestion or prevent deaths.

Atleast we don't get struck at a toll booth without moving ahead even by an inch for minutes unlike here in America!
We have rules to stop collecting toll if queue length is above 800m and wait time is above xyz seconds which is never enforced. How can we even compare our infra with America when the designated rules are not enforced?

But i still reiterate, even if the 'so called' secret service there is protecting you... it would be wiser to not let one's guard down.,
If GPS trackers and point to point fee (toll) mechanism is implement in the next 3-4 years, the toll situation might get better. Although one has to appreciate that in India, we have over four times as many people packed in one forth the area (land) that you have there.
