I did this from Delhi to Dalhousie and Dharmshala in 2017 on Himalayan and Classic 350. 3 days if I remember in April. Masti to hai bhai.
How much cab charged for Khajjiar and Chamba. I skipped chamba. Went to Khajjiar. I found it waste of time and money. Never going back to Dalhousie again.
Visited Delhi, Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala and Dalhousie in 20 days. Spent only 1 day in Dalhousie, I found this place overhyped.
Unforgettable Himachal Haha, you need to control your sweet tooth bro and make sure you give your body enough time to adjust to higher altitudes before exerting yourself further. That's what a guide told me. Rohtang Pass, Pin Parvati & Beas Kund Trek are in my wishlist. Thank you for sharing your travel experience. I am glad you were able to make the trip memorable.
covered the very same places in April 2nd week with friends.... places were good to visit but not extra ordinary... i found manali and shimla better than these.
Travelling was very hectic especially between dharamshala to jwalamukhi temple... roads are in too bad state
Interesting !
every year self drive for summer getaway with spouse +kid from Hyderabad (1300-1400 km drive) via bangalore halt eiether to Coonoor (near Ooty) or Kodaikanal (both tamiilnadu) or , Munnar (kerala) for a week or 2 stay at Coonoor club o/wellingto Gymkhana club / Kodalikanal club /Munnar Planter's club ( affliated to Nizam club/ secunderabad club /delhi gymkhana club etc ). car fully packed with mat ,folding chairs , all kinds of snacks etc.to do a impromptu picnic wherever the scenery demands,
Iam yet to visit the above mentioned north Indian Himalayan hill sations doable out of Delhi (but not much in to temples) The only temples which I might pop in just for the ambience should be atleast 1000-2000 years old with maginificient hoysala, pallava, chola ,pandya era architehture . (like Srirangam Ranganathaswamy temple, Madurai meenakshi temple , Madras triplicane parthasarathy temple or madras kapaleeshwar temple Mylapore
was seeing reviews for DTC Bus Delhi-Kathmandu and Delhi HOHO bus. But decided to tour delhi with Rs. 50 whole day AC bus pass. But then cancelled due to hot 50 degree outside
are there a lot of zero experience Rs. 16000+ jobs in Dharmshala and Dalhousie for outsiders ?
