Yesterday morning I chat with cc of icici for excess balance refund she asked me reason and given me option i can utilise it against my outstanding I gave this reason that currently seeing many posts on social media where some users facing personal use transactions as business transactions and card cancellation etc so I don't want to take risk please refund 😂😂😂😂

Try not to cross amazon transactions more than 1L and keep total cashback around max 5k per month.
