Returns and Replacement Policy Issue

Amazon doesn’t provide Exchange/replacement facility. This is the very bad Online shopping site. I had bought Nikon camera but not received Nikon Chargeable battery with charger. I had requested to replace/exchange new Item. But Amazon saying, That" we donot provide exchange/replacement facility. if you can refund of Product then you can send Item yourself courier. so very bad experience online shopping like Amazon . Flipkart is the better online shopping site. all facility are available on flipkart.
