Recently I ordered from firstcry around Rs 1750/- and after a day got a refund mail of amount Rs 1470/- initiated. I checked and saw whole order was cancelled. Upon asking them on twitter they said I exchanged a a bundle of tshirt in my last order and that product i sent was incorrect.. and they deducted 280 rs for the same. I was shocked to know that.
They haven’t informed in last order but telling now after next order. This is purely unethical as well.
not sure what happened at what level and who is responsible. I returned them as it was delivered since it was small on my kid. And delivery boy confirmed everything before picking up.
I am 1.5 years old customer firstcry club member and active user with very few exchanges and returns
Any way to get to their upper management? Does they usually do such kind of cheap things?

Similar issue happened with me on Amazon. Returned shirt as it is due to size issue. Amazon denied refund saying different counterfeit shirt provided, upon asking show me proof they said it's internal and can't share. Item was seller fulfilled that's the issue.
Returned multiple times on first cry. Never had a problem.
I also never had issues with them.. just this thing come up and that’s scary.. and way too unorganised
You can complain to their CEO at [email protected].
UPDATE: they refunded extra money.. and replied me as a “one time exception”.. I got angry after reading this.. and asked them to arrange a callback with senior executive..
Got a call.. she apologised and told me that they could have handle this better and took my feedback
