Return policy

I have purchase one kitchen analog 2 months back, the product is not in a good condition,so I wanted to return the same. They have taken the item back but till now I didn’t get my refund. Such a useless service, lot of disturbance , they simply cancelled my return request without refunding ,now if I cantact customers care simply they say ,there is no request pending. Very very bad experience , I request everyone not to go for it. It’s gives worst shopping experience
