I ordered laptop on 27 th JULY 21 and noticed on 30th july that usb ports were not functioning . informed Hp and they have confirmed the problem. Hp provided a DOA letter and sealed the laptop to return back to TataCLiQ. However TataCLiQ initially not accepted this and later after many discussions TataCLiQ accepted and initiated return..However still the laptop is not picked up.Daily one person will call ask about the problem and he will confirm the electronic return team will contact you. the person electronic team either he will disconnect after one ring (not even 3secs) or he will say manytimes hello … hello and disconnect the call..immediately . Then there will be a mail stating that we tried contact you but you were not available.. The worst service ever I had. Shame on tata service team.. today it is 03 sep 21 still I am unable catch their line withi n 3 secs… because of screen wake up time . I hope electronic return team of TataCLiQ is the worst in the world.
