The ads that you see on any website is reflection of which sites your surf very frequently… Its Google’s cookies, that keeps a track of your browsing history and then serves you relevant Ads.
So, if somebody very frequently surfs for lingerie Section on Amazon or other sites, they are very likely to see ads from Clovia or other such sites. And if somebody is searching online for Kids’ clothes or Toys etc etc, then they will see Ads by FirstCry, Amazon’s toy’s section etc etc.
If you don’t want to feel embarrassed in front of others (if a lingerie ad shows-up), then Goto your google Ads settings and un-check interest based advertisements.

the latest is that they are partnering with the likes of Pranav Mistry and MIT on ‘Sixth Sense’ technology.

if this doesn’t work, it is better to stop using Google products (like their browser), use some other similar or better products and check if for your device or computer or browser there are products like Adblock Plus which can work on blocking out ads.
