You have to use windows device recovery tool to downgrade (Hope that the downgrade image is not windows 10 one

Just make sure you are using the right product code to download the image file
and the source of flashing process via cmd prompt is ms recovery tool and it will only initiate the flashing process if and only if the platform ID matches
First try with Windows device recovery tool, its official tool and chances of bricking your device are 0%
