i gave you karma you 41 karma but after i gave you karma then you have 44 karma.
you are newbie so you give karma only in a single day after got 100 karma you will becom deal cadet and can give 3 karma to anyone.
as far as karma given process, click on karma you will see a window where you can wright any comment and can give you positive karma to anyone.
