I can not tell if it’s original or not but ‘those stories’ are not real if these many people have bought it and verified it. These sellers usually get their product directly from the brand factory hence their prices are low.
See in the description he has mentioned ‘if you want retail package, you should buy White(White = mouse with retail package)’ means if he is pulling them out of some packaged item and selling them separately. Another thing you should verify is the technical description should match with the original(check the official website).
