I lost around 6L due to cybercrime, I have fir copy also..is it possible to report it as loss in ITR?

Yes loss can be reported under relevant head.
Under which capacity you are trying to report it? Individual or business?
Addition: individuals can't as told to me by fellow dimer. Businesses can.
