What exactly does this mean? What are the pros or cons for the customer in this apart from the extra fee ofcourse...icici sucks! Had a spat today with them on some other crazy interest charges
Which payments are counted as rent payments I mean paying rents through Amazon, MobiKwik etc will be counted too?

yes received this sms just now. Don't know why would they charge 1%. What do they care unless we are using there cc.
