They are third party Gundaas !
You should have asked for different technician second time & asked every Charges before he touch the machine.
Also, threaten service centre by consumer forum complaint & ask refund for it.
They take advantage of civilized people , that it.
But it's hard to behave & cheat after so much education! How can we give them back ! Force to smell the gas he leaked !!!

The issue with third party technicians. We recently bought two Samsung ACs. Two technicians visited my flat and they spend around 4 hours to install two ACs.
We offered some tip to them as a good gesture but they straight forward refused to take money.
Before recharging gas, get your samsung AC leakage checked first otherwise after some days again same issue back again.
