Regarding RBL Popcorn credit card Weekly cashback Issue

I am facing an issue with the rbl popcorn credit card Weekly cashback.
Every week if you do Rs 2500 above transaction you will receive Rs 25 cashback but Rbl is not giving Rs 25 cashback even after claiming.
I have also registered so Many complaints and they are saying you have not claimed it even after sending screenshot of claimed process.
Any other Popcorn credit card holders facing this issue?
Kindly provide here the solution

First Please ditch this card Rs. 25 for Rs.2500 is just 1% not worth it:)
lot other better cards in the market:) get better credit card:)
Many credit cards gives 2.5% minimum in specific categories
