Refund not received for cancelled order. They keep saying money refunded and give some dummy reference details. Really cheating people.
Horrible service...looks like a fraud company. Still waiting for refund. Been 2 weeks

I would advise you to file charge back request with your bank with all the details including the responses from the seller. More power to you.
