Refund not given till date.

Ordered BOAT haedphoes bluetooth, received defective item. Product was pickup from my end on Aug 20th & since 22nd Aug is following up for refund but they say they have not got any update wether the product has reached their warehouse & they are investigating the same for which they have asked me to wait since ages. I have sent several emails but no proper response till date. Really frustrated as the product is also not with me & my hard earned money RS 1399/- is also blocked with them. Waiting for someone higher from the management to look into this & provide me with my refund. I am an happy Flipkart customer, First time experience with Amazon was pathetic … Will never ever order from AMazon EVER. They are big time scammers. Few executives called me & not giving proper response.
