I had ordered few grocery items on flipkart on 7th July same day citing out of stock they canceled 5kg sugar pack and issued refund of Rs235.
I had made the payment using wallet balance and gift voucher and thought that refund would be given in same gift voucher.
Today while ordering on flipkart I tried to use the voucher it showed 0 balance. I contacted flipkart but they couldn't find how the refund has been issued and would contact by 25 June.
I am worried because of flipkart reputation of blocking account when complaint is raised. My account has some balance and linked with my bank.
Edit Update received a call from flipkart and the refund was also updated in gift voucher thanks everyone 🙏🏻
Never encountered such an incident, always got instantaneous refund when things I cancel (before shipment) or they cancel.
Also, they cancelled before delivery?? Generally if they have anything oos, that reflects only door step. This incident feels odd.

I think there is some issue with Flipkart GV refund system.
My order was cancelled on 2nd July and I didn't received GV refund yet they are saying they have refunded on 2nd and it should show by 8th July but still bal is showing 0 and I checked qwickcilver statement there also no refund credit showing.
Continuously escalation but they are saying same refund has been done from our end.
If you have purchased the gift voucher directly then try to resend it.
I have seen that you would receive a new six digit pin with same voucher and it will also show the remaining balance in the card.
