Rediff Shopping = cheaters

NOT RESPONDING TO ANY QUERY I HAD ORDER A glass for galaxy s4 ORDER NO. 12439049 , BUT I SAW THE PRODUCT is not useful for me . So I ASKED THEM TO RETURN ,THE VERY NEXT day, I received the order , BUT itz almost two weeks now, NO QUERIES ARE ENTERTAINED BY THEM , ONLY AUTOMATED RESPONSE IS COMING AND A NEW TICKET NO. IS GIVEN. Itz very frustrating. There is no customer service care contact number provided on the website as well. They just want to rip off your money. They don't care at all about their customers. I tried each and every way to contact them but no luck. They are the cheaters. Because of these kind of websites only, people are afraid of online shopping. Worst online shopping experience ever. I can use bad words too but my review will not get passed to show it to other readers hence I m not using those words. I am planning to lodge a case against them in consumer court. REMOVED
