Redeemed HDFC Millenia DC Points not credited into the account.

I redeemed 400 points from my HDFC Millenia DC on 22nd Sep2024. But till now not got cashback from savings account. Normally redeemed points will be credited in next 2 days.But this time even after 4 days, its not getting credited.
Anybody else facing this issue? I have redeemed points before 22nd Sep 2024 in my other account, and it gets credited in 2 days.

Yes.After 90 days, points credited to the account. We can redeem the points so that cashback will get credited.
But once i redeem the points, it's not credited till now.Normally it gets credited in 1 day.
