I Collected Apollo 24/7 , 1Mg , Pharmeasy Offer (upto 100 cashback on min order of 399 ) from Amazon's Reward - Healthcare Section
Then I went to Apollo App And I ordered Horlicks ( general Category product) Price was 520 something ( it's more than 399 as per offer ) and I ordered successfully paid via Amazon pay
Then at first I cancelled the order , and waited for refund before opening my scratch card in Amazon pay rewards
I recieved my Full Refund and then I scratched it and recieved 20 rs ( Maximum 100rs)
And I Don't think now they will adjust the balance cause it's already refunded , maybe cashback can roll back , I will wait and see
Now I will follow the same process for 1Mg and Pharmeasy ( Total profit will be 60-300 rs )
Let's see ..
Update : It's been almost 15 hours since I received the cashback, and Amazon has yet to roll it back. Still waiting.

Only gpay don't reverse cashback, all other platforms roll back cb, so stop wasting your time in these little things
