Recharge service is not good.wrost customer service of paytm. dont use paytm

I recently recharged my mobile through paytm and it automatically charged me thrice the amount and when i ask the refund from the paytm customer service they are blocking my calls. its the worst behavior of the paytm customer service.don’t trust and don’t use paytm.
