Receiving calls from Unknown international numbers

Recently I have came across multiple international calls on my number.
Today (24 Sep) it came from +13057474468
Earlier it came on 20 Sep from +80018000569
Earlier it came on 13 Sep from +63997
Earlier it came on 09 Sep from +87980000270
I didn't receive any call and rejected some.
What could it be calling from different international locations? Is anyone receiving such calls?
Edit: How can I block international calls?

Hame to WhatsApp aate hain.. and mails ..and calls i don't bother picking any calls that are red.. sometimes I miss important ones too.. idk why red on Truecaller.

Yes, received 3 calls since yesterday.
two from +1 and one from +8. I did not pick up.

Try enabling "Caller ID and spam protection" under Call settings.
