Received only 2.5% cb for march month millenia dc smartbuy transaction

Me received nothing for giftcard puchased from smartbuy for mar-24, only 400 points received that was for other entries. 

Yahi sabka issue hai.. mera bhi aisa hi aaya tha 200 instead 400.. maine close karke platinam le liya. ab wahi se wasssoli hoga 750 per month.. customer support will s nd you term and condition copy paste msg everytime you ask or want human interaction to understand.. after 3 round i gave up and upgrades to platinam..

Millenia DC cashback is full of confusion for past 2 months. Either use it to pay 16K CC bill or load 40K to Amazon Wallet.

Guys recently learnt from a TF user that mill dc has 3 type of cashbacks for smartbuy txn

1. Smartbuy 5% (max 1k)
2. millennia DC specific Smartbuy CB of 5% as per T&C 
3. Millennia DC online usage 2.5%
(2+3 combined max is 400 per month.)

Also if the above logic holds true, then buying voucher of 5000 should give ₹250 (Point 1) + ₹250 (Point 2) + ₹125 (point 3) = ₹625 (12.5%)

Hence if you see just 2.5% credited, rest most probably have either been given or to be given soon. just wait it out before nudging HDFC.

I am not receiving points since Dec 23. Raised concern with CC , received ticket with update date as 6th July.

Band kara diye .. took platinum.. 3 mail karne and same term condition reply ke baad.. ab followup karne ka man nahi..
