Received Defective Samsung Galaxy S23 in BBD sale

I purchased Galaxy S23 in BBD Flipkart sale and it is not charging since beginning. It was open box delivery and the phone was ON when delivery boy opened it. After few hours when I tried to charge it, it was not charging at all. When puting the return request , Flipkart says they will contact me but till now they haven't. They said since I raised complaint before the date of return requests ends, I need not to worry. I'm very sad, I had bought this costly phone after 6 years. If it took it to service centre , they will open my brand new phone. Will my water resistance will be affected?  I don't want my brand new flagship phone to be open apart pensive

Bro samsung service center wale new charging point lagadenge this is routine issue for them so don't worry

So, what's the defect here? The part inside phone where the charger is connected, if faulty?

1st try to return to Flipkart if they do not then apna man banakar service center le jao

@salil616 - Do reach out to Samsung customer care. Share your disappointment with them. Check if they can replace the phone instead of repair.

Doesn't look like an issue of charging board. Probably the battery is in deep sleep and not picking charge. You need to try charging via different charger or laptop usb port. Hopefully it would start charging after some 5-10 minutes.

It's not battery problem, because when I tried charging it wirelessly it was charging slowly

sad to hear this 😣,try flopkart cc if that don't work try twitter and post it here so we can upvote it for more reach 😈,if that dont work then go to samsung service center and tell them to replace ,they should do it due to its being defective piece

what do u mean by phone was on when delivery boy opened it? why take the delivery if it was not a proper sealed pack

It was open box delivery system. Means phone box was sealed, it was opened in front of us. It was on that time. It only got charging issue which obviously we found later on when needed to charge

If you report the issue in 1st week, it's considered DOA. Piece to Piece replacement is given in such cases.

Firstly tell me dose your problem solved? Dose your phone opened at service center? And how many days done to insert sim in phone is within 14days. If within  14 days Then prosses DOA Prosses at service centre. Dm me for more information.

Flipkart denied to replace my phone, no matter I tried to return before the return period ends. Customer care said straight away that return policy says after sale every thing will be dealt by service centre. So I travelled 25kms and gave my phone in service centre. They fixed it. My full day wasted and phone is now a repaired piece
