on speaking with cs , first thing she asked is my account zero balance. then she said the account closure is probably because of too many transaction. i replied they were 25 in total. to which she said it could be because of amount.
there were total 30 transactions
40k credit (imps), 40k debit (cred and atm)
ps: notice pdf title was "bulk weedout"😅
I feel like banks and companies do not want to do business with low paying customers these days

This is the reason, while opening a account, we must show our income or source of funds as much as possible as high, not mean. Because the simple funda for banks is the volume of transactions amount should match our shown income. If we show our income as a mean like a berjojgar or dependent on someone else at the time of opening the account, the volume of our transactions cant justify that to even a naked eye so.

Aisa legal hai kya without consent account closer.. neither mail etc..usage moderate.. around 30 transaction monthly and apay plat offer every month use...
Rbi solve karega kya ..

for doing 30 transaction per month, i believe the better choice is Airtel payments, jio payments, amazon pay wallet or omni card UPI. but definitely not savings account

Oh, maybe I didn't pay attention back then.
Its been 3-4 years.
In offline accounts they select income renge 1 to 5 lakh in pan number available. So offline opened account don't face much problems.
