Received a email to apply for HDFC credit card without documentation.

I am a HDFC savings account holder and I checked the credit card eligibility via HDFC Expressway. Then I received an email as shown in the screenshot below that I do not need any documentation to apply for credit card. Only need to confirm the address. Looks too good to be true. Have anyone applied via this link and got HDFC credit card without income documentation?

I checked for pre-approved credit card offers in netbanking and Xpressway. But i could not find any. Still received this e-mail. I am not sure whether the cards that would be shown after CIBIL hit would be issued without documentation?
