THIS IS SHOUTOUT TO ALL THE CUSTOMER WHO DO ONLINE SHOPPING IN INDIA: NEVER BUY FROM MYNTRA.COM. This company only talks about customer delight and satisfaction, but in reality does the exact opposite, and only self serves without keeping the problems faced by the customer. I am going to personally make sure that this message is put across on all social media platforms, and wherever possible, to make the differenceI make so that no one else has to face the problems that I faced. I ordered 2 jeans on Myntra, one was shown as sent for delivery. When I enquired about it due to the fact that the delievery was not completed, I called up Myntra customer support, and got a made up self defending false statement saying that I have only reschedueled it. Furthermore, they proclaimed to send an email regarding the issue and promised to look it up and resolve it, whilst keeping me in the loop. As expected, shit didnt happen.

Now, the second jeans. My hope was left here, but they shattered it when they again first marked it as dispatched and then again when i called, they showed it was lost or stolen. When i again enquired about this, they gave me 400 voucher for my inconvience, but the amazing bullshit plottwist was that only 10% could be availed at a time.

I WAS a loyal and regular customer of Myntra, but now I would never order from here, and would tell my close ones, to give this page low rating humanly possible..
