RBL signature + debit card annual 5000k voucher claim

Hi , when will be the annual milestone benefit voucher will be credited for the RBL signature plus debit card. my card issue fees was debited on 9th oct last year. to get the joining voucher it was a big trouble and it had gone for more than 5 months. please share your case

The joining voucher was not credited even after 4 months, they were keep on saying atleast one POS transaction has to be done. and several mail follow ups . i got generic responses only.
After a month of mail commnucitons , i threatened then that as per RBI timelines i am going to RBI ombudsman. then they credited my joining vocher

My issuance fee was deducted on 7 september last year and i didn't received annual milestone voucher till now
